Open SUP session (age 12 to Adult)

Try Stand Up Paddle Boarding with Talkin Adventures. This open session is ideal for beginners (AGE 12+) and those looking to try something new on the water. As an open event, there will be other people on your session. If you would prefer a private session please click here.

We will show you everything you need to know to get you out on the water. Our instructor will be there every step of the way to guide you on a journey and offer helpful tips and advice to help you improve and get to grips with this exciting activity.

We recommend that you wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes that you are happy to get wet. Bring a change of clothes and a towel. Changing rooms and showers are available for you to use if you need them. Wetsuits will be available to borrow. We also have a small stock of water shoes available to purchase at £10 per pair.

All participants will be provided with a buoyancy aid, which must be worn on the water. Our largest buoyancy aid is a PeakPS XXL, suitable for up to 130cm chest/110kg.
